maybe you can check at HDB website and log in with your singpass and check your HLE status.Mine was apporvedd on 4 DEC. Same for my freind who is the same block as me.
Both approved on 4 dec.

log in to the www.hdb.gov.sg with ur singpass  and click at my flat details and u will see the HLE at the left hand side.click at the HLE and u will see something like this.
