All about Punggol Topaz : so far the largest Standard Contract in Punggol

Today at site, a 250 ton mobile crane is installing concrete counter weight blocks at the tail end of the boom. One by one was pick up and slotted in at the tail end compartment, totalling 4 numbers.

Once the tower crane was set up, installation of prefabricated conponents should be put up at a faster pace.

Three months later, the pictures taken by ' hyq ' looks totally different. Thanks for your pictures, they look great !

Visited Punggol Sapphire this afternoon, took some pictures of Punggol Topaz and this is the latest development on site.

Picture shows Blk 258B, 258A and 258C at the centre. Blk 258A completed fabrication of level 2 proceeding to level 3. Blk 258B completed the first level, now almost completed installation of prefab units at level 2. For Blk 258C workers are at level 2 with couple of store / bomb shelters fixed up.

Block 259B completed 4 floors of prefabricated panels. At the moment workers are working at 5th level. Several facade panels with windows are at site in front of Block 259B waiting to be lifted up or installation.

Block 259B is served by overhead tower crane 11. Block 258 A & B are served by tower crane 10.
