Additional Entry/Exit Point to TPE?

Didn't go down to check out the development plan...but does anyone know whether they will include a new entry/exit point to TPE via the current Punggol East Flyover??

Think that would greatly reduce traffic jams and increase flow on TPE, Punggol Road, and Punggol West (or watever the first exit is called).

Adding exit points will choke the road even more, coz all these crossing of vehicles actually slows cars down.

I think there might be a road, near the chinese temple, in the near future that will connect to Pasir Ris, that will ease the TPE by a lot, for residents here of course.

the plan said have at the Chinese Temple there (Sengkang East), when? don't know may be 2020
