there was a major accident along Punggol road going toward TPE. I went down with my wife and we probably take 5 mins to reach the site of the accident. After 5 min, a ambulance came but there was no injury so the paramedic just check the blood pressure of the driver. After another 5 min, A Traffic Police came. But there is no sign of our Dear Police Officer from sengkang. How do you expect a TP only  to take down the statement of the driver and look at the reason why the accident happen. There should be some more police officers from Sengkang Police station coming over to help direct the traffic right. So is it they think it is none of their business?

I think only TP can direct the traffic, not any police. Even if you're speeding, the normal patrol police will not catch you. It's how the police's system works, if it's none of their business, they won't be bothered.

first time is u mentioned no injury so it's not a major accident but minor. second thing is this is TP business not sengkang police business. they wont dispatch a neighbourhood resource down so that they can concentrate on their own work scope.

so helping MP to guard their car is part of their job while helping out to direct traffic is not their job. Now i understand what it mean by carry the correct ball.

by the way, have anyone saw the damaged fence along the road. It was very lucky that there was no injury or worse case : death.
