About BSS
Started in 1995 by Rainbow Centre as a second school, BSS offers similar special educational programmes and services for children with intellectual disability, multiple disabilities and autism as the Margaret Drive Special School. Plans are in the pipeline to redevelop BSS into a purpose-built special education school in the near future.
