how do u go abt booking the hotel? thru local agent or internet booking? how much is the rate like?

check with the internet first. Then ask local tour agent. Compare whether they have the same price and benefits. Do your homework..... Wink

I prefer to go with tour agent where they include airport-hotel-airport transfer. Find the DIY very troublsome and in the end the price also may not be that much diff. Go Chinatown People's Park Centre and go round the shop to ask the price usually diff by $20 - $80. My last BKK was in 1-4 Sep '06 and i book thru Famosa Tour at basement 1 of People's Park.
