As for your concern actually the garden is a very small compound area thus to me is doesn't matter A-J are nearer as the place is already very near to the swimming pool. As i remember last time i ever rent there before but doesn't like it cos its too small i prefer the bigger Bungalow or Terrace with 4 rooms.

If you really particular you could go down and recce.

Thanks for yr response. We actually went there this afternoon and racky around. Blk A & J is closer. Like what you said the rooms are quite small. Yes the Bungalows are bigger and more spacious... hehehehee

Is that the previous NTUC chalet? Or UDMC? or new ones?

It was UDMC or Government Chalet.
