what is soundproffing??
In layman term is like you setup a cinema in your home where you do up a room for a projector, hi-fi system, with the carpetting & curtain to act as "soundproofing" to dampen noise from escaping shld you blast your sound system or outside noise to come in your cinema room to affect your viewing pleasure.

If not you can go test drive Lexus car where they are extremely quiet in the cabin when driving so you can hear the pple talk and not affect by the road noise outside.
