usually if after warranty, they will charge you, if nokia then go back to nokia if samsung then bring back to samsung

our phone does not meant to last more than 1.5 years
those can tahan can consider lucky
thats y contract is 2 years
after that die die must change cause phone start to give problems

I was told by salesman also like that. Consider lucky to have HP last for 2 yrs.

But it is true leh....no matter how careful we handle the phone, right, somehow 1.5 yrs later, having slight problem. Like hissing sound, cut-off for no reason, etc.

have you opened the HP when it got wet?

Try to dry it with hairdyer. But don't open the battery case first.

no.. i didnt do that.. seems like is really dead.. sigh.
