hi pple, i just called up Punggol Marina country club for enquiry.  they have karaoke inside their clubhouse, but it will only open at 4pm (daily).  i will call them later once they are opened to check for availability.  In anycase, their direct number is  63891132.  I think it shouldn't be a problem..
