Population or Statistics for Punggol

Okay, Hi people. I'm a resident of Punggol and I'm still a student doing my 3rd year in Poly. I have a project to complete and it's based on Punggol. My team and I are going to improvise the spaces in Punggol and therefore we need statistics data collection by the end of the poll. We need to find out who should be our focus target audience.
