the meaning is that it is safe on the road side but security wise, it depends whether how lucky or unlucky that day.

I'll be moving into Punggol soon and have realized that maybe the best way to get around and maybe get some exercise would be with a bike!

Just wondering if there's anyone who cycles around Punggol or if there are people who get together once in a while to cycle around trails in Punggol? Read some forums about Punggol not being safe in the nether regions near the beach etc but I figure it can't be that bad if it's a groupie thingy Smiley

hihi...i used to cycle to the beach....it's ok n fun....and i've ever cycled all the way from punggol to east coast park too...wow.... thumbs up  very good exercise...

Sleeping fish,

how long was the journey from Punggol to East Coast?

Thinking of organising night-cycling half island. Used to take part whole island night cycling during poly days.
