New private dance school in SengKang

Hi all, there is a new dance school located in Anchorvale.
They do have dance courses from Ballet, Jazz, hip hop and modern dance from 3 yrs to adult.
Their fee is higher than CC because, they have live pianist, accredited syllabus from Royal Academy of Dance and strict age group class.

they don't have classes for ballroom dancing. any ideas if there's any studio around punggol/seng kang area that's giving ballroom dancing lessons?
