It's almost three months since we shoot pictures of Northshore Trio. In fact due to prefabrication of modules, each floor looks identical, so whether it's the 10th floor level or the 15 floor level, the front elevations looks similar, except the Blocks go higher and higher.

The whole stretch of Old Punggol Road had been closed and cordoned off, not accessible by foot. Bus route had also been diverted for quite some time.

With reference to other similar projects near by, it would take at least another 2 months before you could see reinforcement for columns and timber formworks appearing above ground level.

Situated next to Sam Kee LRT, in front of Punggol Safra is a plot of land to be developed into a 5/6 Storey Civic and Community Development Hub.
The Hub will have : 1. Community Club 2. Regional Library 3. HDB Branch office 4. Hawker Centre 5. Department of Child Development 6. Kidney Dialysis Centre 7. Child Care, Senior Care Centre. Some Pictures of the construction in progress.. |
