Any home-based student care service?

Hi,

We are looking for a home-based student care (with other kids too) for our boy who will be in P1 next year.
Basic criteria are:
1) Providing of 2 meals and tea
2) Bath
3) Nap
4) Assisting in guiding him in homework
5) Picking to/ fro school (optional)
6) Might stretch after 7pm

We are staying near Punggol Plaza and the school is likely to be either Horizon/ Greendale/ MT.
