well, it was not empty.. my husband bought antique furnitures without consulting me.  the flat ended up overwhelmed with furnitures that are not measured, at one time I told my husband, every furniture will have 5 permutations to shift - living, dining, 3 bedrooms before he settles his mind one which one.

And because at that time we couldn't decide whether to stay, the renovation is short of kitchen sink, no built in cabinets.

In fact, it was occupied by beings that cannot be seen until both our luck are so down I went to temple for divine lot.  Not promoting supertitious here, but eventually I plucked up enough courage to cleanse my flat.  The process at first is damn scary, the matchsticks to light incense won't light, we have nightmares, my children saw things..

For the last 2 years, we have been going back there every now and then to stay over weekends, and now peaceful sleep.  Someone told me that this may be self fulfilled prophecy, I dunno.  What I know is I have to reclaim my flat, no matter what.
