Could it be possible that the issue is an old one?

I think that it is possible to refund the subscription. I called up the company and checked. The staff there clarified and said that a refund is possible just they have to calculate it.

But if we subscribe from Malaysia, would we not be paying for international postage?

I find the Young Scientists really fun to read! And I am reading it along with my kids... How do you guys find the magazine?
