Hi,
i have a 17 month old child.i like to take her downstairs to run around but I can not find a safe place for her as to many people ride bicycle and the playground often occupied by older children.does anybody knows a safe outdoor area for todlers in Punggol?

I brought my kids, when they were younger, to the rooftop playground, above the carpark. These places are usually not as crowded. My kids are not the aggressive type to "fight" with others for their turn, they are usually more interested in making friends and talk, rather than really sweat it out at the playground.

Take him/her to the roof top garden of Blk 171A or 172A...extremely quite and very safe..
