There is one at Paragon. Top level near Toys R Us. Just a small area for the kids to run around. Consists slides and tunnels. Can be pretty crowded over the weekends. Do prepare $1 coins too if your kid often gets excited to the sight of kiddy rides.

IKEA Tampines. Be prepared for the long Q on weekends. Best time to go weekdays. But only kids with acceptable heights can enter. Babies and tots, well, parents u can take a walk into IKEA itself. The section for the kids' stuff do have little corners for those group to laze around eg: slide near the bed section, tester gadgets at kids' tables and chairs section. But u gotta be extra mindful so that they will not block customers' way.

My kids went out with their grands last week to Budget Terminal. When they returned they told me that there is an indoor playground at the terminal.

I've yet to go there. But if there is...it is GOOD!
