Ha, got a tips from a friend that we can call NEA Call Centre at 1800-CALL NEA (1800-2255 632) to check those construction project going on around our area. The call centre is operating 24hrs. The CS told me that the construction activity should stop at 7 pm unless they have a permit. Immediately they said they will send officer to check. But think of it again, who give the permission to allow them to give the go ahead and as a result disturb the peace in the area.
From tomorrow onwards, will start to call once they never stop work at 7pm!
