You are right! Still have so many days to the event date. Furthermore, their official closing date for the registration is on 20 July - 9pm.
But they said due to poor response, they are cancelling it. I gave up!

I think they already have the intention to cancel because the organiser has to organise other things. The only excuse is poor response lor.
