I usually don like to comment but can't hold back anymore. My son was there two years back , in K2. His right eye was badly hit by another boy using a toy. According to the incharge , it was an accident. But his eye was swollen with bruises and took weeks to recover. Though only left afew months to complete his K2 , but I got no choice and had to transfer him to another childcare. He was fine with another childcare. Infact after the incident, I expect the boy's parent apologise to me then to my disappointment the childcare never inform the boy's parent.
But all this had happened two years ago. I think the management had already improve their care and concern to the children.

meow. just like you, i sign in only to express how upset i am with tis centre.
these were the things the teachers did. ... They kept draging my child around, poking their fingers at her forehead.this go on all the time. i brought it up during parents teacher meeting session, but they denied. after i went home, behind my back they kept scolding my child for telling me things. my girl was also not allowed to go toilet during nap time and as a result she pee on her pants, the teacher did not rinse or put the soiled clothes in plasitc bag, but just stuff everything in her school bag, i have to wash the entire bag when she got home.. worse of all, they were very calculative in money, their excursion are all very expensive. once my hubby brought my girl to the centre at around 10am, the incharge told my hubby to packet lunch for my girl because they did not prepare her share... my goodness.. it was really ridiculous. we wanted to go to mcys to complain, but we let it go when the supervisor apologise when we moved our child out...sigh..
