I keep their money with me, with proper records and interest paid at the end of the yr. Whenever their piggy bank is full (now that they go to school and have pocket allowance), they'll count their money and "deposit" with me and I'll show them their total at the pc. Their money becomes as part of our money, which may be used for investment.

punggolow, that a good idea. can consider this method. But i fear that i would spend their $$$.
