Calling for Art Submission

Dear all,
Received a few submissions with a lack of important info. Kindly give us these info:

1. Your child's full name. (Very important as we need it for the certificates)
2. School
3. Age
4. Title of art work
5. Medium: Eg: poster paints/glass paints/clay/ink on paper/digital and etc.

Just some more info for you....
1. Due to time constraints, only works that are selected will be notified via email on 2nd Dec 2010. Pls kindly clear your inbox.

2. Certifcates and gift vouchers will be sent to you child's schools. Schools will be encouraged to present the certificates and gift vouchers during assembly periods so as to give the child a sense of achievement and recognition. Therefore, do give us the class of your child if possible.
