ya, saw the contact no but don't hav the PD who attend to my gal.
yest i wrote 3rd email to them n finally they reply saying they trying to do the refund and now they hav to check this & that. Asking to giv them more time...
sad rite.....my gal last jab has been delay till now.

Since they are trying to do the refund, you better find another PD for your gal.
