from my point of view, memory map is more effective for older age.

As for 6 mths, actually the mother can teach ownself. These brain materials are available in United Square in front of Cold Storage exit Basement. Invest on those materials which emphasize level by level and according to age group.
1 set cost about $500-$1000 (all levels).

Don't buy those cheap cheap from popular bookshop. They don't have the spiral progress.

Over the weekend, went to United Square to rackie, hey, that was a good recommendation u know? I thought those brain stimulation materials are not commonly found here.

BTW, care to share about how a typical Shichida lesson is run? I haven't got Shichida parents around, and have heard so much that is a good program.... Are the materials used in the lesson unique to them?...how does it compare to the one sold at United Sq.?

Shichida has a branch at United sq?

I bought the cards / materials from the senai shop at shichida. But mind you, the stuff there are not cheap.
Actually we can do the cards ourselves too. Anyway when are you sending your kid there?

Oh his 1st lesson! To be honest, his 1st lesson was very tiring for me. The class was running like eternity.
He was running around the whole class room, climbing up on the table to see what is under the Teacher's table. He just won't sit still.
The class activities carry out in very fast pace. Like flashing flash cards , song and dance, fingers, eyes and memory activities.
Basically i was busy running after him and at the same time, trying to make sure i don't miss any activities that the teacher was carrying out.
So very siong!

But subsequently when we entered into the 2nd term, his concentration is much better. But still running and climbing. But not too much.

He likes going to shichida's class and enjoys the activities and company there.
