Actually, although on paper I am part-time, and get 50% of the pay, in reality I do 70% of the work I used to!  And I also have to work on my "off-days" quite often, when client requires. But I'm not complaining lah, as it allows me to be at home and to spend time with my little one.  In Singapore it is SO rare for employer to allow you to work from home!
