Does anyone know what are the procedures if maid wants to come back after expiry

have called MOM, best way is to let maid goes on home leave before the work permits expires, comes back and at time of renewal must be in Singapore.

she plans to build a house, or rather the husband, but the money she earns from the 2 years she works for me is definitely not enough, so eventually she will still have to work, but trouble is, husband refuses to let her continue. 

she very much wants to continue, I am giving her a month's bonus if she comes back, and annual home leave... but I also can't force her, its her marriage!

so, she thought of calling me after she goes back, but then, who in Indonesia can do this? must she pay the agent fees, the loan all over again? please advise the procedures if you know. thanks.
