Manuka honey

How much does it cost ? What are the benefits ? My kids often have runny nose, cough and phlegm. By taking this, will there be a significant improvement ?

My son has started taking Manuka Honey since young,abt 3-4years old.
Its help in long term and realised his cough getting much lesser than younger time.  And it is good for sorethroat and mouth ulcer, even myself are taking it when these problem occurs.  Just eat it without adding water will works better.  Shd take at least 15+.  I am getting this from a shop near Outram park.  Much cheaper than other shops.

It's depend on individual and it works for my boy.  For adults, it really work for me and my colleagues when we have sorethroats and mouth ulcers.  I normally will buy together with my colleagues in bulk so they do delivery.  Name is Nature's Glory P/L, Tel : 62271318.  I thk abt S$80+ for 1.4kg manuka honey, 15+ and they have XO type(which is abt 28-30+).  The price may have changed now as I have bought it sometimes ago....try check it out...
