if u r paying 200+K for something, would you want something that is your preferred unit or do u simply take any unit that has been left on offer?

i was lucky in that i got my choice unit during my first appointment in the previous WIS phase. I would have also opted not to turn up for my appointment if my choice units have been taken up.

too bad alot of people complaint that they are not given chance to select, but i believed more likely they are fussy.

well..i think the fussiness is sort of justified since we are paying such a big amount of $$ to get the flat, which is likely that we will need for to work hard for another 30 years in average just to pay for the flat.
