Wa like that got to wait very long le.. dont know how many years. Punggol population so small, a bit tough to have a cinema there. Unless small halls.

Wait for another 4-5 yrs as our dear MND minister Mah Bo Tan said he is waiting for the BTO to develop in Sengkang and Punnggol before the town centre in punggol is develpment.
