Very funny, in't it? Not enough population density to justify the building facilities such as swimming pool, shopping ctr, etc but somehow there are still others who find it feasible to build infrastructures such as Nursing Home/ Renal Dialysis centre!!!!

Re the discussions on petrol kiosk, look at the cars in the carparks around our estate - I believe the population of cars would have justify at least one petrol kiosk in our town - the nearest one is currently near at Compass Point :-(

This is a relatively new estate with mostly young couples who have or are just setting up the facilities.  How is a nursing home going to help more people to live here?

i think it still come to the chicken and egg thing...developer wait till population in punggol increae and they will start to develop.
However, people wait to see more developement of punggol before they want to buy the house there.

i think the best person that can help or answer ur questions of whether punggol will have any development for the next 5 yeears or so...is Mr Mah...
