I am selling my Exec Apartment!

Hi Guys,

I have been staying at Punggol for the last 5 years and i LOVED our place! Sigh  due to personal matters i have recently made a very hard  decision to SELL my Exec Apart! I wished i could keep this but... well that's life!

Anyone here has any experience or good advice on how much i should be selling

ABout your question how much you should sell it? One of the factor is your valuation. Have you done it??
