Does anyone know any electrian that I can contact to fix a wiring problem with my light?

I switched on my toilet light and it blew and jumped the circuit. After that, I changed the lights but nothing works. I think its a wiring problem.

Can someone help me out here? Need to look for someone who knows how to fix it. Thanks.
