Anyone know if construction has began for punggol topaz?

In Singapore we had over one million foreigners staying and working with us. In Punggol alone, as soon as we get out of our home, we see faces which we had not met / seen before.

They share our buses, trains, schools, shopping centres, markets, Q up at ATM machines and off course our flats.

So more and more flats were needed. At the moment in Sengkang and Punggol alone, we saw new constructions almost at every vacant land spaces. Where to get construction workers ? More foreigners need to be employed ? Or projects need to hold ? Or what ?.............

A hundred metres away from Punggol Topaz, A road called Sengkang East Road ( a continuation of Punggol Way actually ) is another new piece of land, sold for a new condominium project.

This piece of land had a signboard, the usual board with bold prominent letter " SOLD ". It is still a virgin piece of land, meaning, forested.

Where to get labour for yet another development ?

The above piece of land, will house Punggol's fourth condominium.

Finally, the jungle was cleared, a showroom under construction or almost completed.

After surveying the area, no pictures taken because our camera man could'nt find a suitable location to take a good shot.
