There is a boat anchored nearby belonging to the contractor, probably maintaining the waterway. Clearing debris, blocking leaves or dead tree trunks floating on the rivers onto the river inlets.

How to go to the Waterway@Punggol with ease.

No need to line-up at the Punggol MRT Control Station to check with the counter staff. No need to bring the Map of Singapore. No need to look at the A4 size printout of the Map of the Waterway next to the Control Room. By looking at the colourful map, ultimately you'll feel more confused and wandering what to do next.

Then How ?

It's easy, just read further..........and follow step by step.....

1. No matter where you're from, can be from anywhere in Singapore, just drop at the Punggol MRT Station first.
2. Take the escalator to the LRT Platform and take the LRT.
3. Drop at DAMAI Station

A new bridge is under construction across the Waterway, an extension of Edgefield Plains. Visitors can view the actual progress from the platform of Oasis LRT.
