Hey guys, punggol sapphire should be ready by end this year...
Was thinking if the sapphire group was big enough, we can buy things in bulk, and
May get better savings for our pockets. Eg: locks, lightings, furnitures, tv, hi-fi... Dining wares etc.

How many from punggol sapphire are there in this forum?

It may be a good idea for all Punggol Sapphire owners to gather here especially those who may just got their keys and are looking for a designer / decorator / interior architect for some advice.

Do not just rush in, pick a contractor from the ground floor and started on your renovation. Chances you may pick the wrong choice and regretted it later on which may just be too late.

Here are some guide lines which you may like to consider……

1. Look around the whole estate, look for flats that are presently  under renovation. Get in, talk to the workers / contractors and have a look, first hand to see if you are satisfied with the workmanship. Visit as many as possible. ( 4, 5 or more )

2. Wait for a chance to also speak to the flat owner. The owner should be the best person to tell you whether his / her contractor is doing a good job.

3. Also wait for a chance to speak directly to the decorator / contractor. Judge his presentation, the way he talks. Ask as many questions as possible to see if he has the professionalism to handle your project.

4. Once you have completed your survey, ( at least on 4 or 5 different locations ) call up all the  decorators / designers to quote you with proper detail drawings with commencement and completion dates.

5. Go through all the quotations before deciding on the best drawings / pricing. Do not go for the cheapest quote. Look for the one whom you can trust.

Probably, owners of Punggol Sapphire can talk to each other, have gatherings, discussions, meetings over tea to make sure you have the best deal. Wish all of you the very best and good luck.
