Last year the RC members came over door to door to hand over us  the state flag. They forced me to hang the flag, one of them even came into my house uninvited until I told him I will do it later and lied that I am leavin the house now. But in the end I did not. The brand new flag is lying somewhere in my storeroom perhaps.

i wished someone came to my place to hand over/sell the state flag so i need not go out and buy!
