Fish is considered to bring luck and signifies prosperity. Singapore’s Icon, the Merlion with a lion’s head and fish tail shows ferocity, power upfront, with luck and properity below.
The whole world knows Singapore and it’s Merlion. It seems most tourist visiting Singapore were guided to view the Merlion in groups. On February 28, thunder roared, lighting flashed and hit the Merlion on it's head. Is this a good sign ? What does it signify ? Will it bring bad-luck or prosperity to Singapore ? What do you think ?
