Found a Puppy

Hi, fellow punngol residents, I found a puppy near to Blk 638A Punggol Central on 11 Nov 2008 at about 7.45pm. This could be a long shot, but if anyone knows who the owner is, or if you are the owner, pls email to punggol.lost.puppy@gmail.com. Tks.

from the picture, it looks like quite an old shihtzu....

Maybe you can call spca and check if the owner did call them up to report lost etc...even if not, you can report your find to spca and hope that the owner will call them up to enquire and hopefully will link you up with him/her.

Alternatively, post online on dogs forums...
