Why name it PUNGGOL LODGE ? ( It's a lousy name )

Accordine to Cambridge dictionary, this is what is meant by a LODGE.....

lodge (BUILDING)

A lodge is also a type of hotel in the countryside or mountains.

If we tell a friend from overseas, that we are living in a LODGE........ he may think we are staying in a boarding house.  ( fantastic !!! what a name )

Punggol Lodge is side-by-side Punggol Vista.

You are right, lodge is a boarding house. Wonder how the pick-up rate for this BTO.

Who ever who intend to apply for this fantastic boarding house, should ask HDB for a better name. Pungollians may be able to suggest a better name for this BTO.  Punggol town should not have a boarding house.

Punggol Lodge is just beside Punggol Vista. Expect another coming up soon next to Punggol Lodge. maybe got 5-room flats.

Yesterday went down to HDB and lots of people crowded there for the Punggol Lodge and Telok Blangah.I went there to see my Punggol Vista. Now start identifying some units before my selection.

Pungollians, any advice on Punggol area? Are the roads very noisy or dusty? Thinking of avoiding those units facing the main road.

nowadays flats are very small. Too bad no 5-room flats BTO but think 4-room are sufficient for a small family like myself. Its a matter of how we design and decorate the interior.
