honestly, if you work purely just for $, then you're on the wrong job/ career.  I guess nowaday work is just $, there is no passion in it.

its common symptoms...

you see me good and I see you good. thats always the case.

I used to complain alot cos I am dealing with people... difficult people. Minus off my bosses, I have 18 staff under me. I have to deal with my staff as well as the bunch of 300 over difficult people.

Its not easy dealing with people. however, my feeling would be different when people come up to you and thank you for what you had done for them. Its called satisfaction. I feel that satisfaction is equally important as salary.

We must have a clear objective of what we want to achieve. Set our target and them work towards it. It will definitely make you going....     winked
