any suggestions on making a wine holder that can store and display wine bottle

The easiest way is to go to the biggest cold storage store in Singapore. Shoot a few pictures of their wine department display. Select, improve to suit your school project design. Sketch it out and present.

Otherwise go to your nearest library, take a look at wine storage designs, copy and improve on it and present as your project. It's simple, it may only take you a couple of hours to do it. Good luck.
