Facilities in Punggol park

Has anyone been to punggol park before?
what are the facilities there?
is there a bicycle kiosk rental there?

There is a playground, and running tracks. there is also a restaurant on the side nearer to florida park.

you get to see big boys (grown men) having fun with their remote control play boats on teh weekends. a nice stroll with children, if u ask me.
