Hi, i think my wife saw it too. I don't believe her until i read the forum.   I read the history of punggol.  Lots of innocent people were tortured and killed during the japanese occupation.   Have to be careful not to offence the dead here.

Bishan is different, can't afford to be a sleepy town. The Elite Schools like Ai Tong, etc are all concentrated there. Geographically Bishan is slightly centre of Singapore.

Geographically Punggol is way way out of the city. The town can be 'sleepy' town . must revive if these ghostly things are hovering around.
