Recently got a new indo maid.
On the 3rd day, she suddenly said she wants to go back agency.
We were very puzzled.

After clarification and asking agent to talk to her, the conclusion is shocking.
She is cooking all sorts of excuse to select employer.
Checked with few frens and it seems like this is the current trend.
They come over, and if they find that they have to look after children or old folks, they will say they want to go home becos they cannot cope.
Actual fact is they are finding emloyers such as only one couple, no children, no old
folks, no car to wash, no dog poo poo to clean which
means lesser chores. If this is not the case, they want to go back agency and hope to change to another employer.
No way man! I guess it must be the earlier batches taught them this trick.
What we are going to do is to buy her the cheapest ticket, fly her back to her HOMETOWN( NOT AGENCY) and she will wake up and think how she will repay her loan.

Once they have a hard time paying, they will tell the others such tricks don't work anymore.

Let's share our experiences and not let these **** take advantage and think they come here for holiday n free lodging.

Once we allow them to go back agency, their trick works.

If these goes on, we stand to be at disadvantage.

You have to be mentally prepare to change maid cos this is very common, unless you are really lucky to find a hardworking maid at the 1st try. My friend change maids for 4 times, till now he still complaining to me about his current maid.
