Punggol Spring

Hi Everyone!

I'm a new member & have some questions here...hope to get some advice.

We are currently waiting for our flat at Punggol Spring to be completed...HDB website has updated the probable completion date from 4th Quater 2011 to 3rd Quater 2011..and I heard from some friends that usually the collection of keys will be at least 6 months earlier than the stipulated date...

is this true? does anyone here knows roughly when punggol spring will be ready for collection of keys??

It normally is the case with HDB.

But I think with so much emphasis on productivity
HDB should be completing flats faster than previously.

Best way to ensure a more accurate dates is for
you to  seek completion date advices from HDB.

Home buyers are customers and are expected to
be given accurate info.  Gone are the days when
HDB left many buyers in a lurch by providing
inaccurate and far fetch completion dates.

but they did change the probable completion dates twice already...so it should be accurate? or should I be prepared that it may be ready much earlier...

has any1 here enquired before?
