hmmm.. but the other bag shop closed down... its weird.. i always though the one that closed would survive.. but happened the other way round.. maybe they have more money.

Think this 2nd shop have more money... noticed that they open only on some days. then sometimes when its the busiest days, they closed  Huh? But I dont like the shop too...

I patronised the other bag shop that closed. They are quite good! Good service. Nvr been to the bag shop you have mention. I seldom patronise other shops in Punggol Plaza except NTUC, Narcissus(bubble tea), Watson, Koufu & the shop selling kid stuffs.  Grin

If you are referring to the one that sells sports bags and crocs. Yeah I had a really bad experience there. I tried on a pair and didn't quite like the fit and these two blokes were practically forcing me to buy a pair. Gave me the brush off when I said I'd like to think about it. Extremely rude and quite dubious I might add. The previous owners were much better and extremely friendly but not these two. I'm not going anywhere near that shop until the management changes. Desperation is indeed an understatement in describing the two brusque salesmen.
