shd be ard the place cos that's where the mrt station is mah. now we have so little bus service therefore might not be shifting anytime soon, i guess...

the town centre won't move away from the mrt station, but the bus station is confirmed to be temporary. anyway how long is the "temporary" we would not know.

maybe they are waiting for the construction boom to die off so that it will be cheaper to build stuff. infrastructure building takes a huge bite out of public funds and it seems expensive to build anything now.

maybe when the next election comes then they will start telling you to vote for them so that they can process the building application to the budget committee quickly! ha ha. talk about dangling carrots.

from HDB exhibition, it seems that the main attraction will be in this area Punggol MRT. Whereas water-sports will be the one near Serangoon Canal.
