Looking for a windy unit in punggol

hi
i am currently staying near punggol filed(meridian lrt). i would like to buy a resale flat which is very windy. I have already approched several agentes. All are bringing me to units which were not windy(atleast while i was viewing). Now i realy confused. Is no unit available in punggol with breeze flowing throgh the rooms.

Please suggest me some blocks, ofcourse with direction and which season it gets wind.

Wow! Industrial fans!!! Power!
Confirm windy whole year round, irregardless of season.
But the electricity bill will also be power!
